Notice Regarding PAN/VAT Bills

In the past few weeks, we have been getting requests for PAN bill for the purchase of WordCamp Biratnagar tickets.
We regret to inform you that we cannot provide you the PAN bills. WordCamps are casual community events. It is run by local volunteers and the ticket prices you pay are not for generating profits. Instead, the surplus amounts are used for the next WordCamp, Meetups and WordPress Events in the country. That means, the volunteers and the organizers don’t receive any remuneration.
WordCamps are not run by a private company and therefore the PAN is not registered for WordCamp Biratnagar.

We’re excited to announce WordCamp Biratnagar is officially accepting speaker applications for our event on December 22, 2018, in Biratnagar, Morang Nepal. It is first ever WordCamp going in Biratnagar and we are accepting your application from all around the World. Apply to speak.

Talk Details

• Talks will be a total of 25 minutes but expect to leave about 5 minutes for Q&A.
• Talks will be on Saturday, 22nd December 2018.
• We plan to record all talks and post the videos to WordPress.tv. Speakers will need to sign an A/V release form prior to giving their presentation.
• Speakers will be offered free admission to WordCamp Biratnagar and be invited to the Speaker Dinner, but will not be otherwise compensated.
